NLG Labserv is pleased to be able to offer ‘pipette servicing’ through use of a valued service partner, one of the UK’s leading pipette specialists. As part of our Asset Maintenance Management (AMM) program we can manage the service and calibration of your liquid handling needs.

All parts replaced are guaranteed for 6 months

No hidden costs! We will liaise with you before replacing any major parts and mail-in pipettes are returned via courier at no extra charge (UK Mainland Only).

All On-site Clinic Package (minimum of 12 units) Includes:
– Fully trained technician, tailored & flexible on-site events. 
Special discounted prices on any make/model of pipette. Including also Pipetboys, Repeaters and Micromans.
– Certificates can be provided on USB Memory sticks.
– A debriefing report back from the calibration technicians to discuss any recommendations, noticeable trends,    improvements or training requirements

Advanced (pre and post)

*UKAS 2 –  (as found) 10 readings at 3 points (post) 10 readings at 3 Points

*UKAS Logo on certificate, comprehensive uncertainty calculation and fully compliant with ISO 17025. Note: Multi’s will need to be performed back at our lab, as we need to use a multi channel balance for UKAS.
